Adobe AIR Application

We need a simple Adobe AIR application that does a few simple things: -Must be cross-platform (Mac/PC) -Installs and sits in the Windows Task Bar or Mac top of the screen by the clock. -Must be able to be clicked and show up to date information on: 1. Operating system platform/version. 2. Processor/Speed 3. Memory in the computer. 4. Hard disk(s) as well as their capacity versus usage. 5. Private/Public IP addresses. -Must be able to right click on the icon and take a screenshot of the users' screen. Then it will prompt the user to enter in details (in text). -The user will then select to send it in an email, and it will compose an email with the default mail client with the screen capture as the attachment.
