Add a mod to CartWeaver 4

I have an e-commeerce clothing company site built with CartWeaver 4. I need a mod to be designed which will give the users the option to pick an item of clothing and add a printed design to it, or to upload their own art work. So their will be a data base of printed designs (you will program this so that the admin can upload new designs) from which users can pick any design which will be added to the item of clothing that they pick, or they can upload their own artwork which will be added to that product. Naturally the admin will need to be able to see and control all of this. The system should show the design or upload as an example over the product image when uploaded. I foresee this being a case of having to alter the database to be able to give the client a choice as to weather or not to assign this mod to the product. Use of Jquery preferred.
