CS-CART SEO Add-On and Page Not Found issue

Hello,
I Upgraded CS-CART to v3.0.6 today.
After Upgraded I turn on the SEO Add-On.
Then Suddenly appear the Page Not Found Error
when I click the Category pages and Products pages.
This error is appear.
I remember same error issue happened before.
Maybe this is the related RewriteBase / or something.
But I am not sure.
I already clear cashe.
But still error is there.
I am looking for someone who know about this error.
