create & design blog and news website (feeds advertising etc

Looking to have a website built that incorporates a blog abut with some other features listed later. Must contain as many helpful features and widgets as possible. Also need to have advertising, job postings (imported?), new laws, etc and other ways of monetizing. Must be seo friendly. Need ability to have different subdomains for each state. The theme will be legal (attorneys, lawyers, the law). Currently using wordpress but can use blogger or would even prefer a custom script or design. I imagine it being something like a newspaper. I should be able to have other people contribute with blog posts. If the above is not possible, I would like a well designed blog with good features that is easy to use and manage (with advertising).
