Custom Poker Tournament Calendar/Feed

I need a custom poker calendar and tournament feed along with a few web pages designed. The poker tournament schedule will be similar to [login to view URL] and will have the capabilities of [login to view URL] with members being able to customize their own feed and use it on their site. Column headings will be sortable. Admin will be able to enter the tournament schedule information with date, registration time, start time, poker site, prize pool, max players, etc. This information may be in the form of excel sheet with several different poker sites. Information will be stored in a MySQL database online. Members will be able to create an account, customize their feed (font type, colors, sizes, change their affiliate codes for poker sites). They will use an rss feed to display on their site. [login to view URL] would be similar. Please reply with the details on how you plan on setting up the database and some ideas on how you get to upload the information the quickest for the tournament calendar probably from excel sheets.
