Clone a Portion of an E-Commerce Website,changing the prices

I would like a clone of certain sections of the website http://www.yotang.com.
These are the categories and their related subcategories I would like cloned:
Mobile Phone (and subcategories)
MP3 and Media Player (and subcategories)
Security Equipment (and subcategories)
Here's the rub: I want every item price tripled.(US Dollars). The shipping price may remain the same, as we will just pass this on to the customer.
I currently have an osCommerce setup to clone the site into; however, if you can determine what ecommerce platform they're using and get me up and running faster using their same platform, I'm interested. Or, if you want to clone it into a (free/open source) php ecommerce platform that will help you get it done faster, and then just port your clone to my server, that would be fine also.
I will provide my site and db login details as well as our company/paypal details for site payment processing to the winning freelancer.
