CakePhp Complete Small Project

CakePHP 1.2 RC2 proof of concept project using FirebirdSQL database. We wish someone who is knowledgeable about Cake to finish this project to the next stage. The application is a basic Blog/CMS and uses approx. 12 tables. There is a log in and many of the Models, Controllers and Views are already drafted to provide you with guidance. There is no problem if you wish to ignore what has already been done and start again. You may of course have your own style and methods for coding. However, it must be done with Cake good practice. We require a layout to make the site more attractive. We suggest something like [login to view URL] If you have another template, no problem as long as it looks reasonable.
