Bidding Site Test

I am searching a person to test/validate a project which i outsourced (bid site). The tester will have to: -go trough the project details and communications to check that all the requested features have been implemented -test that all the functions implemented work good. -find bugs in the portal. -Test for security of the portal. The tester will communicate directly with the web developer keeping me copied. The fastest you bid, the fastest you get the job. A note about the tester: -Must speak proper english. -Must be able to followup via phone (skype or others)
