basic php help

I have a Online Booking Calendar that was made for me, but never finished the Graphics portion of it. I would like to Link it to my website I can have my website link out to it, but I will need it to automatically go back to my website after the customers book there date. This is my booking page. [login to view URL] The Booking system was built, it just needs to add a Background, a Redirect, and The Name needs to be changed as far as the domain, it is right now on a back end of my other website but needs to be part of my WIX website. I may need to add a Sub Domain to where it is now, but not sure how to do all this. Unless I can import this to my WIX website maybe you can help me.
