autoresponder website service

Hello, I need someone that can create code for me ( probably php or pearl ?? ) **I want to start an autoresponder service.** I basically want " aweber " but I have a little feature idea I want to add to it. I am accepting bids for such a job. I want the full working scripts for an autoresponder membership site just like aweber. please let me know if you are interested or would like to bid on this job. thank you. ## Deliverables I want to have a website service exactly like aweber, but I want the added feature of having an " ad swap " calendar that members can trade ads to their lists with. exactly like the site <[login to view URL]> I want the calendar feature part of the members area, and I want everything else exactly like aweber, only with a bit of style differences so it doesn't look like an exact copy of aweber. I'm not too picky as long as it looks nice and clean. thanks.
