City Portal

ok guys this is the first project on here but not last . 1st project city portal i have seen a ready design and i want it to be a wbsite like php city portal which is like 150$ for it but i want better one and im willing to pay more for it as good as the site going look like here is some links and idea [login to view URL] [login to view URL] click on the on last one CITY PORTAL thats what kinda design and things i would like for the project [login to view URL] this is something i liked it . so i want something smiler and easy to edit like post article ads video news and other things .
