Changes to a fun tag site

I think the site is joomla, not 100% sure. I'm willing to pay $100 for the work. I need it done in 10 days or less.

What I need is:

Change the Coupon module so it does the following

1.) Has an expiration date

2.) Number of times it can be used (i.e. used only once for a certain customer)

3.) Has a dollar amount required (i.e. $10 minimum purchase)

4.) Is taken off the total basket, not per product

Gift Certificate Module that does the following

1.) Has an expiration date

2.) Number of times it can be used (i.e. used only once for a certain customer)

3.) Has a dollar amount required (i.e. $10 minimum purchase)

4.) Is taken off the total basket, not per product

5.) Takes off a DOLLAR amount – i.e. a gift certificate for $20 off purchase

3a Have images worked liked “share with a friend” where it sends a link of an image to a friend.
