Business Directory and Template Customization

I need a solid business directory located on my Wordpress blog. I want to keep the existing design intact. Below is an example of what I need based on the concept of art supplies: Must haves: * Directory that houses full listings of art supply stores aound the country * Listings have name, address w/Google Map, phone number, email and description * Option to include a picture * Listings need to be searchable by state, city and zip code proximity * Need option of having a way for store owners to pay for a premium listing * Need way to set apart premium listings from the rest of the listing * Need to have the directory seem like just another page on the site * Installed on the site or host server and ready to go Would like to have: * Abiltiy for reader to rate the store You may use your own script or an existing one. Please keep in mind that this is NOT a link exchange but more for informational purposes and needs ot be very user friendly.
