add telesign (sms) verfication to a2billing signup

i think the title says it all: I will need to add telephone/phone verfication field using telesign (it should send sms or dial entered number) to the signup page of a2billing Extras: - Email verification (check if the email entered already in use or not) - Record IP address To filter robots please type in your bid: "ready for the challenge"
