Data Base Creation revised

We are looking for the right person to form a long term relationship with. We need custom data bases based on the following information. Take any niche, so for example we will take the niche of dreams. So it would go like this. We need a data base on dreams with the following fields: Letter: this will be the letters a,b,c, instead of numbers 1,2,3 for the number of entries Dreams: This will be the dream itself, example dreams about falling, dreams about finding dimes, dreams about sailing and so on. Meaning: this would then be the actual interpetation of that dream, or the meaning of that dream. This is just an example so you can get an idea of what we are needing. What we need is a cost estimate bases on per data base. We have a program that will make blogs based on data base content. Each entry would thereby make a posting. So for example if you made a dreams data base that had 4000 entries and you had say 4 entries per page it would then make a blog with about 1000 pages. These data bases will be used by the program which has been made for wordpress. This is for a continued job which could generate thousands of orders in a very short time, but will continue to grow. So we need someone that is well versed in making and scraping data base information and we need a price that would be charged per data base if possible. The person selected needs to understand that this could turn into a very large need based on our launch. The main product has been in develoment for over a year now and has been reviewed by some of the top gurus on the net. It will be launched to over 200 thousand members within a couple of weeks and every one of those people will need data bases. We already have many pre made and ready to go but we need someone that will be able to do the custom jobs. Again this is for a long term job so please do not bid on it if you do not have the time to commit to this in the furture.
