a site like ratemyproffessor on php/mysql

I want a website which is like [login to view URL] It is similar like ratemyprofessor and we want to develope a new site for our universities. The main parts are like ratemyprofessor. The design, logo , language , and the database of the universities have to be diffrent . The coder must do the coding database connections(the coder didn't enter the database but create the necessary administration parts.) Also an admin panel must be craeted that includes all administration parts. The installation to the server and all the later needs must be supported by the coder. The website is tested (black and white box tests) and if the full needs are done the project is accepted. The coder have to show me his work in 2,3 day periods . The project will be done in PHP . The database is on MYSQL . A sample database on MSSQL will be given by me if the coder want . After creating the database i want to fill it while the coder working. If the coder have any questions me and my friends always answer the coders question. We want a coder who is hardworking and keep his word. The google optimisation is done for all the lecturers. The comments of the users can be analysed and any slang words must be deleted and a system for the admins are developed to manage the commens for adding or removing comments. ## Deliverables A documentation is done for the coders please clearly look then and look at ratemyproffessor. Some parts of the document is in other language please do not care them.
