A new website with backoffice included - this is just the start of a major project...

Dear all, We are looking for the starting-point of a growing website. At this first time we need to have two basic things operational: - Registration of the user; and - Ability to search and add a certain field to the database. Let me explain the project in a brief paragraph: In our website we are looking to have all "players" in the world of a specific economical sector and therefore we need to create a database of it and a consequent back-office to manage it. What we want is the users to be able to search in our database for the "players" they might be interested in. In a nutshell this is what is asked for this first stage of development. Things to have in mind: - We have a pdf file we can send with more specifications about the website, that might help you, including the design of it. Just ask for it if you have interest; - We need to have administration access to manage the entire database and back-office, which means that all field names and content of the website should be edited by us. We have two specific need: - The interface with the user, what he/she will see on the website; and - The back-office. It must be a very simple website with the following links: - Homepage / Registration Page; - Password recovery page; - Home Page / Search Page of the "Players"; - Search Results Page; - Propose a "Player" for the database, with the need of our approval before going to the viewed database; - Contact Us page. Is should be very simple but we still look for outstanding quality as this website will evolve and we might need more help in the future. Thank you in advance. We look forward to work with you. ## Deliverables In the attachment you can find the dpf file I have mentioned before, with the site structure. As for the databases, the needs are the following: User Data: - Email (it should be the username for login); - Password (password for login); - First Name; - Last Name; - Gender; - Birthday. "Players" Data: - Name (alphanumeric field); - Country (list of countries) - Local (drop-down menu, ideally matching each country but for now our focus is only in Portugal. If we can have the countries and by choosing a country we can add the possible locations, it will be enough for now); - Address; - Postal Code; - Contact Email; - Contact Phone; - Website; - Criteria 1 (in this criteria we should be able to manage as many as we need - what we want is that, for example, if Criteria 1 is "Meat" and Criteria 4 is "Fish", and a certain Player has "Meat" and "Fish", whenever adding this player to the database I just need to add Criteria 1 and 4. You are looking for to a clean database. If I want to search the Players that have Criteria 1 available, we do not wish to find a Player with "Fish", if you know what I mean. We should be able to add Criteria columns as long as we wish.) - Active / Inactive (this is a way we have not to clear "Players" from the database. If a "Player" is no longer active we just need to tick the inactive box and it should not appear on the search anymore for the user but we should be able to see it in the back-office.)
