Hi

I have a website that has 1 major page an FAQ page an about author page and a article page, it is not a big site. [[url removed, login to view]][1]

The template of the site was made in Dreamweaver but most of the content was done using Frontpage but I need it cleaned up to Dreamweaver. (CSS)

I need some basic SEO like h1-h2-h3 etc.

I need a RSS feed so people can bookmark the site.

I need the site to be social bookmarked for digg, myspace. technorati etc.

## Deliverables

I would like the coder to make any suggestions they feel necessary.

I will also like a price of installing a live chat program on to this site once it has been completed. I am not 100% sure if I will put live chat on the site at this stage. But I am open to suggestions.
