cashcrusader/shiftcode modification

Looking for someone with experience/capabilities to modify either of the above scripts (cashcrusader or shiftcode) and make the following changes along with other changes we will agree to here. 1. Replace cash for click options with a "point" for click. This may already be an option in the codes. 2. Convert website to be right to left instead of left to right, and support the hebrew language. (only the front end. backoffice can be kept in english) 3. Implement a design (or if you are or work with a designer, create one and implement it) 4. Install ready made add ons and create a few simple add ons to the code (for example - mini games that the user receives points for playing) 5. host the site (optional) or install site on 3rd party hosting. 6. 3 month support for your work. I am looking for someone I can work with long term. I wlll probably think of new needs as we go along (and of course these will be prices separately).
