application to automate with shopping cart

I am looking to automate tasks that I have to perform in order to fulfill orders from my website. I use volusion shopping cart. I use [login to view URL] for the merchant processor and also get orders that are paid by paypal.? I NEED 2 PARTS , A AND B AS LISTED BELOW EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE MAC COMPATIBLE A.? I want YOU to create an application that sends me the order information in a spreadsheet format. I like the grid in the spreadsheet. I need these columns in the spread sheet. [login to view URL] number [login to view URL] ie 01/01/2010 [login to view URL] Name [login to view URL] Name [login to view URL] address [login to view URL] Item ordered and Quantity of each [login to view URL] I need to send a new user manual, (I currently obtain this info) [login to view URL] type (type of cc or paypal) [login to view URL] amount [login to view URL] payment cleared I would like this to be sent automatically to my email each evening. I would like to be able to recheck to see if a payment cleared by simply clicking on a button that would tell the program to revisit [login to view URL] or paypal to determine if payment was made. Part B.? I would like to create a list of customers that I can then email. I would like you to collect First Name, Last Name, Email address from the order and have it sent to a list server or auto responder that I can then send emails. I would like to be able to have you create this so I can send customers a sequence of follow up letters. I need the ability to tell the autoresponder when to send the email such as send this 5 days after the order, send this one 10 days after the order, etc. For example 1. List 1 Congratuations on buying my product after being sent from list 1 the customer data (email address and name is moved to list 2) 2. List 2 10 days later You should be finishing the break in period? after being sent from list 2 the customer data (email address and name is moved to list 3) 3. List 3 (3 weeks later) You should have noticed weight loss by now after being sent from list 3 the customer data (email address and name is moved to list 4) 4.
