add a payment gateway to script

We run an auction website using pennyauctionscript and we want to add a national tunisan payment gateway. the script is made by cakephp and the payment gateway use CGI script language. the payment will be done on the website. Our bank delivred to us a kit to be integrated to the script to make payment. your job will be to integrate this kit to the website. You must have skills on cakephp and CGI scipt language.
