Discussion Email List for Qmail

I currently use ecartis ([login to view URL]) as a discussion list. this seems to have issues. I want someone to write me a custom system.... - Work with Qmail - have redirect (instant mail) and digest option - allow header and footer to messages - not allow non subscribers to email the list - have multiple lists with different Currently the list file is flat text file - but this is generated by a mysql database hourly - so you can use either format. mail is piped into the ecartis system using a .qmail alias file If you have further queries please ask.
