Develop iPhone application

Hi I want to develop an App Purchase feature for iPhone SDK3 that allows parents to download children’s bedtime stories (4 ??" 5 minutes long) to their iphone/touch/pad or other device. Level 1: ?'?99c or $0.99 or £0.99 per story Story text only for parent to read to the child Level 2: ?'?/£/$ 1.50 per story Audio version of the story - professionally voiced and with a backing track.
