Designer Needed for eCommerce Site

I have no idea what this project should cost. Therefore, please bid accordingly. I need a logo and ecommerce site designed by someone who not only has an artistic eye, but can code well and can give me clear instructions when completed on the steps necessary for me to manage the site. I would also like a blog attached to the site. I'm not sure of the number of product pages needed (it will not be a large site), but the site will consist of 7-8 pages outlining my policies and procedures. Please note that I do not like full page designs. Here's an example of a site that I like (not the exact coding, but the visual aspect - [login to view URL]). The designer must know how to design the site for proper SEO. Please no vertical hierarchy and the product pages should be cross-linked. I would also like the product pages designed in a graphic image/text link combination. An example of this can be seen on Land's End ([login to view URL]). In addition, I would also like up-sell links included to show customers related products. And of course I need the designer to be able to provide SEO with keywords. I will be using a 3rd party hosting service, and I must be able to easily add, delete, or modify pictures and text for my product catalog without the extensive use of HTML. I will be offering standard Paypal and another payment system similar to Paypal Pro. My shopping cart should have the necessary features and attributes for customization. Please be fair with your quotes as there will be more work in the future for the right designer.
