Delphi outlook integration

I need a Outlook plugin that will allow us from our Delphi program to send email in RTF format. We uses WpTools 4.11 in our program to write letters and we would like to be able to send those letters as emails. The text written in WpTools will be the body of the email message. We uses special field in Wptools like date and time fields and those have to be send to email client as well. Outlook signatures will have to be working so that when we send RTF text to the outlook client. Outlook will still insert the automatic signature It should be possible to send attachments also. We would like to have a function that we call call with a few lines of code. I.E? function SendOutlookMessage(Reciever : string; Emailsubject : String; EmailBody : string) : boolean; where the function return true if success or false if not success If 3rd party components will be needed it is not a problem.
