Database to store and scan recipts

# Kitsap Septic Receipts and Jobs Database We need a database to hold copies or our receipts. We would require a limited amount of user entered data to identify the record and provide for mailings. We’ll then scan an image of the paper receipt and associate it with the limited record. We’ll scan the documents into a folder in a batch process ( about 20-50 at a time). We need to be able to press a button and have a thumbnail view of the receipts so we can associate them with the correct records.?
