Create Joomla page from CSS and HTML code

I have licensed a program called Email Check and I need someone to set it up on my existing Joomla site. They have sent me the HTML code, CSS, and images that need to go on a single page of the site. They said this would be a simple process but I don't know anything about HTML or CSS.
