Convert Photoshop graphics to HTML / PHP / CSS

I have photoshop files that need to be converted into HTML/PHP/CSS/Javascript. Nav and footer need to be separate PHP included files. I'm looking to port to Wordpress-3 at a later date. ## Deliverables I have photoshop files that need to be converted into HTML/PHP/CSS/Javascript. There will be TWO page types, the home page and then sub pages. I need all the subpages created however. There are 7 subpages on the left nav, and a few sub-sub-pages. The navs are as follows: - nucca spinal care - can nucca help me? - what to expect - nucca & children - faqs - symptoms & conditions - nutrition - success stories [ for the page, I need a nice DIV layout for multiple stories going down the page ] - patient info - about us - contact us [ need a form to submit request info; name, email, phone, pulldown for symtoms ] - schedule an appnt [ need a form to request an appt; date/time chooser I need the navs to display the sub-page options when rolled-over, and the nav should be lit/colored differently when that given page is being displayed. The nav html/javascript should be put into a separate PHP file that will be php included on each page (i.e., not hardcoded on every page) The footer should be an included PHP file as well. The CSS should cover link rollovers being distinct of course. I am also looking to put this into Wordpress-3 at some point, so if you have the background to do that also, please mention it to me so I can keep that knowledge for the next step.
