Conversion of OScommerce module into Zencart module

HI, I have a module for OScommerce which is small payment module integration with a Bank (handelsbanken) , It uses its Netpay service to submit payments. I have source code which was build for OScommerce, i will give it to the developer privately. He/She will need to develop the same module which will be used for Zencart. Ask me any more query.
