I need an existing, hard-coded HTML page converted so that a client can edit the basic content (photo/photos and copy) via a password-protected, user-friendly CMS system.
Eventually we may convert the other 10-15 pages of the site so that they too can be edited using the CMS system but this RFP only relates to a single web page.
The page is a "Monthly Specials" page that the client wants to update periodically by dropping in a new photo and copy to accompany it. They also need to be able to delete or edit photos and copy.
I'll provide FTP access and the existing, hard-coded page. You convert it and deploy the CMS back-end.
