Contact Reminder program for iPhone

I want someone to develop a simple program for my iPhone that reminds me to call my friends, family, and business contacts. Once you open the application, it provides a clean interface with a reminder like: "Call Joe (555-555-5555)." If I click on Joe, then his contact profile comes up, and if I click on the phone number, then it calls him. The message displayed could also display email: "Email Joe: xyz@blah.com." Similarly, clicking on his name will bring up his contact profile, while clicking on the email will pop-up the iPhone email program with his email in the "To:" field. The reminders should be generated by some function that is inversely proportional to the frequency of contact. In other words, the less I contact Joe, the MORE likely that his name will appear in the reminder. The more I contact my Mom, then LESS she should appear in my reminders.
