Contact Import component development in C#.net 2.0

Hello everybody, I am looking for someone to built a component which will be able to fetch contacts from 5 leading email providers. Gmail, Hotmail Live, AOL and Yahoo. The project needs to be developed in C# 2.0 and MS SQL Server 2005. Users will only supply their Login Id, Password and a provider listed in a dropdownlist. System should be able to fetch the contacts from the selected provider. All contacts fetched need to be bound in a checkboxlist control. Please note, I only need the contacts to be fetched from the providers I mentioned above. The completion of project includes the following: 1. Give me a idea how you want to achieve this 2. Regular update Project completion time is very strict. Failing deadline will cause cancellation of the project or reduction in project valuation. So, please estimate your time exactly.
