Clipshare Modification - Need little changes

Need certain changes to my clipshare script. First of all, need to change its look. I want the main page to display videos i.e view_video page. Secondly I want the page to modified such that it shows videos date wise, similar to like those in [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] I want the videos to be uploaded by everyone, even by guests. Not need to register to upload videos The video page should contain a section on the right hand side for advertisements. I want this to be done at the earliest, so please bid with the minimum time you will require to complete the project.
