Cashback website creation

We need coder to create a cashback website, where members earn cashback for shopping at our partners websites. The site will be quite similar to [login to view URL] and www.giveortake.com. Basically, the users will go via this cashback site before they start shopping on the Internet, and click on a link that has their unique tracking id included to get redirected to the store they want. They then make their purchase like normal and later they will get a set amount of cashback for the goods they purchased, as long as they used their unique link. The unique tracking id can then be matched with sales data from affiliate programs to know who have made purchases. This data is uploaded in csv format. What I need you to do is create the whole site in PHP and MySQL with a member area, admin area and publicly viewable area. If preferred, some open source CMS can be used as starting point. Also the xhtml templates provided by me need to be taken in use. In the deliverables section below there is more information. ## Deliverables Member Area: - Login - Logout - Register / Sign Up - Transaction History - Account Balance / Welcome Screen - Request Payment Page - Option to give all or some part to selected charity - Edit / View Profile Both members and non members will be able to browse the information about the shops that offer cashback, however if the member is logged in, then the link will be formatted so that it has their special unique id in it, so that I can track their cashback. Non-members will have a link that takes them to the login page instead. The shops will be organised in categories. Admin Area: - Login (SECURE) - Logout - Stats / Welcome Screen - Browse / Search Users - Edit / View User Account - List / Add / Remove / Edit Shop Categories - List / Add / Remove / Edit Shops (See below) - List / Add / Remove / Edit Charities for donation - Blog - Email all users / selected users - Manually add cashback page - Automatically add cashback page - View pending requests for cash - Export cash amounts due for payment in the format required by the bank I need to be able to add information about each shop into the database using the admin area. I will put each shop into one or more categories that users can browse for the shop in (ie. entertainment, food etc). Each shop has its own cashback rate (ie. 2% or 10 ?'?) which member and I share. I will also put some text information about each shop,its logo and maybe an ad banner. Tradedoubler is the first affiliate partner and provides a unique link for each shop. We will need to enter that into the database. The unique number is then added to this so that when the user buys from the shop, we know it was that user. Other affiliate partners will be added later so the system should be flexible for this. Tradedoubler will provide reports showing which ID has received which commission. They can provide this in HTML or CSV format. I want to be able to choose between manually adding each cashback transaction into the system, and automatically having the system you create take the csv file and add all the cashbacks automatically for me. (I would need it to show me what it was going to add to member's accounts before clicking submit) Please take a look at the example sites to get a better idea of what I want, because I am hoping it will be very similar to those. I can explain in more detail how to integrate the system with Tradedoubler when you are selected.
