Build this visual studio solution into a single .exe file

Below is a link to a solution (Visual Studio 2008) which is a WPF application, with references to C++ and C# class libraries. <[login to view URL]> When built, it builds to: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I'd like it built into a single .exe: [login to view URL] - same functionality with no project dll dependencies. I require either a batch file or a msbuild file that can perform the build (Release build only, no debug build necessary). No external tools - just the standard .NET tools, please. ## Deliverables For clarification, when I say I say "no external tools, just the standard .NET tools"... what I mean is this: You can use any of the tools that are installed by default in C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\... and you can use any of the tools that come with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 or 2010... (examples CSC, LINK, LN...) I do not want 3rd party tools involved.? If you have succeeded in the task but had to use one, feel free to contact me to ask, and I may consider allowing it.
