Book Viewing Website

I need you to create a website that will feature chapters from 1 book. Book chapters will be updated periodically. Users can "subscribe" to individual chapters and will be notified when these chapters are updated. Specifications: 1) This entire book is viewable by chapter in a PDF, web readable format and is read-only. There should be an index page they takes you to the individual chapters. 2) Content of the book chapters can be updated by the admin through a backend admin panel. 3) Users can "subscribe" to specific chapters. Subscribed users are automatically notified by email when a chapter they have subscribed to is updated. 4) Users can login to update their notification preferences, and update which chapters they subscribe to. 5) Email templates: When a user is notified of an updated chapter, they receive a nice HTML email with the details. Users can opt to receive text-only updates. 6) Newsletters can be sent to all users or to a select group of users. 7) All data is tracked. Email views, email clickthroughs, and website navigation is tracked. 8) There should be space for advertising on the site (google adsense, etc).
