Blog Update Needed

Hi Coders, I have put up a basic Wordpress blog that needs its functions updated. So I'm looking for a easy to use template to use on my marketing information blog that allows me to be able to turn on & off options (you dazzle me with your options). Some options I do want is for viewers to be able to click on a link and be notified by email or Facebook and other similar sites that there has been a new posting. I also want to be able to capture their name & email addresses. Also to be able to insert mutliple images & video and links to video hosts (Amazon S3) that will actually show the video on the blog.
