Blackberry extend texting

I? need an application for the Blackberry Storm that wil ignore the 160 text limit and just let the user keep typing. When the user sends the text, it will automatically send as two texts. Same app should add an arrow button at the bottom right of keyboard. When user clicks the arrow, it will show the left, up, down, right arrow keys.
