Basic business website creation/design/set-up

We are looking for someone to create/design/set-up a functioning internet business website from scratch. ## Deliverables This website will have several pricing options for a variety of services to be performed by the company, and these pricing options will depend on visitor/customer self-selection as well as pre-determined costs based upon the variations of their requirements (as expressed and fed-back to them according to our pricing variations-depending on a simple series of choices they make); it will accept credit card payments; it will process various notifications (emails); it will also potentially involve a message-board of a simple sort with a few categories (perhaps searchable by keyword, price, location etc.) - involving entrace to the message-board page as a self-selected client or as a self-selected worker and an option for private communication between each. Further/simpler explanation to be provided upon contact. Ultimately this website will seek to be a simple one-with aspirations to involve most all of the above in some form or anther-although we are open to beginning with just a few of the above requirements met to start.
