Artists Database Website with Payment Options

I am need of a high quality website which provides the following features. -A simple and clean interface. -A database where users post their artwork. Visitors can provide a rating of 1-5 on the artwork. Visitors will be able to browse artwork according to ratings, as well as other factors such as date posted, most viewed, etc. -Clean and unobtrustive solution for advertising. Advertising must be able to be changed for each page with little to no trouble. -Artists will be paid according to the traffic and advertising revenue their artwork brings in. Website must have an automated system for dividing revenue between artists and the website itself. Artists will be paid through paypal, and have control over when a payment is deposited in their account. -User Accounts that integrate with current social networking technologies. -A forum. -Other features which may improve the website experience, to be decided in our communications.
