Ajaxtify/Making Cometchat in SocialEngine not to reload when visiting other pages (just like in Facebook)

I bought Cometchat script and it's already integrated to my SocialEngine site. What I want now is to make the footer chat still/stable without reloading when going to another pages. You can see that in Facebook. When you click on other links, the footer chat will not reload, it stays intact and stays there, so all messages will stay also without reloading. I want that in my site.

After ajaxtifying, I want to have the process information of the necessary files that was modified so I can just easily have it when I decide to transfer to another server.
