Affiliate Website Created / Clone Of Another Website

Hello, I need an affiliate website created as quickly as possible. This will be for my 10 year high school reunion and we would like to launch a referral contest with an affiliate program to help spread the word and refer people to the website. There are two sites that this will be similar to or a clone of. I will need someone who can help me build the site as well as update the site with the event information once the final details are planned. The site will include a video slideshow, pictures throughout, very minimal wording, and an affiliate contest.
