Create the ability for a user to click on an "Add a shortcut icon to your desktop" link or graphic from a web page.
## Deliverables
A couple things:
1. Is it possible to control the window size and window options (like a Javascript [url removed, login to view]) when a desktop icon is clicked?
2. I'll need some guidance on what graphic gets used for the icon.
