Add An Extra Feature to Site(repost)

The site allows tutors to send answers to students. The admin cannot see the answers from the admin however. Attached is a screenshot that shows what the questions look like in the admin. You can see the number of answers posted but you cant edit them, approve them etc. What I need is for someone to quickly understand the code, then give the admin the ability to view answers that have not been accepted by students, edit them, approve them as "answered" status. The admin should be able to view the tutor's name who posted the bid/answer, approve the tutors answer and view the tutors answer. I've attached a screenshot of the admin page that we are referring to.
