Digital photo presentation application

I require an application to be used by a building company to show potential clients pictures of previous houses in jpeg format. We would like to be able to save and search for by the photos by keyword(s). The idea would be that a search would return a number of thumnails (in frame down left hand side). These would then be able to be selected (single click) to show an enlarged version of the picture on a right hand side frame. The thumbnails should be able to be dragged to a trashcan to remove them from the thumnails (left hand frame) - but not remove from database/files. Would like the ability to save to disk and/or print the photos in the selected photographs (i.e. those left in the left hand frame) It is important that the application is easy to use (including adding/removing files/photos). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Windows XP
