Brochure for tropical apartments

First of all, if you aren't willing to prepare a mockup before you bid, please do not bother bidding at all. We are a residental developing company located on Koh Samui, Thailand. For our current project [Chaweng Serenity Villas][1] we need a brochure designed. An intitial draft of a brochure can be viewed [here][2]. But we don't like the colors, which are too dark, nor the layout, which is too simple, so look upon this as what it is, namely an initial draft. Please use the pictures already on our website, and if you can retouch the layout plans making the roof color similar to the masterplan layout picture, it would be perfect. There is no logo for the project yet, so if you can do, very good! PS! Larger files can be supplied upon request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working file(s) in layered .psd or layered .png form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
