Ad Tracker and Log Stat Analyzer

I am looking for someone that has a great deal of experience with both ad tracking and server log stat analyzing software development. If you have no prior experience in either of these areas, please do not bid.
I have an outline of features that I feel are needed for such a system but I am open to suggestions as well. I am not necessarily looking for advanced features. What is most important is showing ROI on the ad tracking and basic features for analyzing log files with visitor hits, unique hits, etc.
I prefer that this software be coded in ColdFusion, but I am open to PHP (and SQL server) as well. Even C++ or VB scripting with database is a possibility.
If you feel you have a solution, let's see your demos. If you are highly skilled in such development, please make a bid.
One thing you must understand is that this bid is for a combination application that has both ad tracking (for newsletter, search engine, web site and other types of ads). I will also have log stat analization features in the same application.
