Visit [login to view URL] for an idea of what I need built. This will need to be built from scratch and completed in several stages. The first stage which you are bidding on involves creating a directory style database and web pages and making the site function to navigate and search. Some small features will be added now but the major features involving API's, additional databases/tables and the HTML look and feel will be done in future phases. For now, basic functionality so that it is usable is what needs to be completed.
## Deliverables
Update: Since I have been communicating with some coders, I have reviewed phpyellow and phpmydirectory and these come very close to what I am looking for as a finished project which includes many items from Phase II and Phase III.?
----- The first stage which you are bidding on involves the following:
1.) Creating a directory style database and web pages that are categorized by geographical cities, metropolitan areas and states in the U.S. . I will provide complete listing of all of this information.
2.) Create a page for visitors to submit their company/organization which will be entered into the database automatically but not viewable on the site until administrator verifies info and checks off on it.
3.) Create a dynamic page that has detailed information about each company based on one of several different templates determined by the type of company or organization it is (a business, non-profit organization, a church, etc.).
4.) Dynamic results pages that has a maximum of 10 listings per page with the ability to go to next page or further (like [login to view URL]).
5.) A search feature on the main index page that allows the database to be searched with category or business name along with city and state (same as [login to view URL]) and results dynamically displayed. Misspelled words or words not found should have suggested spellings for researching or display category that closest resembles it. ?
6.) Report a bad listing page that automaticaly fills in company and cetgory to sendmail to administrator.
There are additional rules and policies for each feature above but for the most part, this is the complete first phase of this project with more features in the next phase which can be completed by you and/or other coders.

I just realized that RAC munged the HTML code on the bid where I typed additional details which made it difficult to read. I have fixed this using a different browser. You can read the details clearly now.
