Crystal Reports expert wanted

We have been developing reports using Crystal Reports 2008. We are looking to work with someone to support us with development of future reports. We have a test project. The output from this project will be a CR2008 report file with one major change; Creation of an overlay chart by combining and replacing two charts that already exist with the single overlay chart. It is critically important that the final solution should not affect the layout or content of the rest of the report in anyway, and that the solution should run within Crystal Reports 2008 (CR2008). The solution should be based exclusively on CR2008 commands and features and not use any third party or external code to achieve the result. The process will also ensure that the coder obtains a real understanding of our data structures for future projects. We will only supply db and CR files once we are happy with the coder.
