Bulk Mail Software -Opt IN!

I seek a linux based bulk mail software for my LEGITIMATE OPT IN, personal list of previous members of my websites. Due to spam filters etc, I get treated like a spammer and need to find a way to circumvent this. To get to the point: -Must be freebsd/linux -Must be able to spoof headers 100% effectively -Must be able to utilize proxies that i supply it -Must be able to send at the very minimum 8 million emails per day -Must be able to report to me success rate, log the failed email addresses, option to retry the failed email addresses again. Once this is done, I have Phase 2, but let's keep it simple.
